Russian Ministry of Public Health approved "Sputnik V" for vaccination of people over 60 years old

The Russian Ministry of Public Health has approved the Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine for inoculating citizens over 60 years old, said the head of the department Mikhail Murashko at an interview to the Russia 24 TV channel.

“Now the Sputnik vaccine is approved for use for people aged 18 and over. Now , citizens over 60 years old can also be vaccinated against the coronavirus", Murashko said. The tests confirmed the safety and efficiency of the Sputnik V, the minister said.
